One of the moments we were most proud of came when one of the executives brought out an authentic Japanese Daruma Doll (a doll with no eyes drawn on it). He colored-in one eye as he made his commitment to provide the attendees with everything they will need for a successful launch. He pledged not to draw in the other eye until he fulfilled his commitment. Then he asked everyone to make their own commitment to the successful launch of the brand by signing their name on an oversized map that would be digitized, framed, and sent to all worldwide offices.
