T-Mobile Winners Circle brought the heat to Miami in 2022! This annual incentive program celebrates top-performing employees, and every touchpoint is thoughtfully curated. We transformed the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel with eye-catching branding, inspired by the Wynwood Art District aesthetic. We even took inspiration from the Fontainebleau’s storied history to design a cabaret-style awards evening, and a scenic design considered the most impressive in the program’s history. 

We continued to wow everyone with a takeover of LIV Nightclub, one of Miami’s hottest nightclub venues. And as the event’s crescendo, we’d planned a beautiful outdoor Club Magenta at The Oasis in Wynwood. Well, massive thunderstorms STILL didn’t dampen the party; we pivoted lightning-fast and returned the party right back to LIV Nightclub, where our surprise headliners – Lil Jon and Ludacris – brought the house down for an unforgettable finale.
